RATES

50% deposit is needed to reserve your room.

$99.00 Per Night For A Room (plus tax).   
Accompanied by a delicious old fashioned country breakfast  in the morning and served about 8:00 unless you need a different time, (please let us know if you do).

$89.00 Per Night -- Continental Plus -- style breakfast.

$79.00 Per Night -- No Breakfast.


All rooms have a queen size bed and private bath for your comfort.

We can also place air beds in your room for additional guests. Extra guest is $40.00, $35.00 & $30.00.

Children 6 to 12 years old -- $26.00 (In room with parents)
Children 5 and under         -- Free    (In room with parents)

POLICIES

Check in after 2:00PM.
Check out before 11:00AM.
Cancellation Policy- Deposit refunded if notified 2 weeks prior to stay.       A $12.00 service charge is applied to all cancellations.

 Children are welcome.
No pets please.
No smoking throughout the house.
